Understanding Your Pricing Dashboard
The
Pricing Dashboard, provides a comprehensive view of your imported properties from all connected accounts. It features multiple columns and a search bar, making it easy to locate specific listings—an invaluable tool for those managing dozens of properties!
Here’s a breakdown of the key features and functions available:
- Search: Easily locate listings without scrolling through the entire dashboard. Type keywords into the search box to find listings by ID, name, account, channel/PMS, or group name.
- Listings: This column displays listing names alongside their channel/PMS and account. Clicking a listing name takes you to the Pricing Dashboard view, while the icon next to it directs you to the listing’s page or calendar in your PMS or channel manager.
- Calendar: This column includes a Review Prices button that links to your Pricing Calendar, where you can adjust pricing parameters. More on that here.
- Tags: Use tags to organize listings by location, address, or nickname. For example, "London-Airbnb-221 Baker" allows searches by location (London), channel (Airbnb), or address (221 Baker). Nicknames from your management system will also appear here. To manage your tags, check our guide here.
- Sync price: Indicates the current sync status of a listing. This toggle also displays the last update date and sync status. More on that here.
- ON (green): Prices are updated nightly.
- OFF (gray): Prices won’t sync.
- Customization Group: This feature allows you to assign listings to groups, making it easier to apply pricing and customization settings in bulk. For example, if you have multiple properties in the same area or with similar pricing strategies, you can group them together and adjust settings for the entire group in one session. You can read more about creating and managing groups here.
- Sub Group: Displays the sub-group assigned to a listing. Customizations at the sub-group level override group settings. More about it from this guide.
- Min Price, Base Price, and Max Price:
- Base Price: Average nightly rate for the year, essential for PriceLabs' algorithm. (Base price recommendations)
- Min Price: The lowest price; recommendations won’t go below this.
- Max Price: The highest price; recommendations won’t exceed this. (More on setting these prices)
- BR: Displays the number of bedrooms in the listing.
