Navigating Your Pricing Dashboard on the Mobile App

The Pricing Dashboard in the mobile app gives you a streamlined view of your connected listings, making it easy to monitor pricing and manage properties while you're on the go. From a single screen, you can quickly search for listings, review pricing information, check sync status, and access key pricing tools—all optimized for a mobile experience.

This article walks through the features available in the mobile app version of the Pricing Dashboard and explains how to use them efficiently.

1. Main Menu: Navigate through the different pages available in the app such as Pricing Dashboard, Multi Calendar, Add Listing page, etc.
   
   
   
2. Preference: Allows you to chose what shows on the Listing Cards in the Pricing Dashboard or whether to show the child listings.
   
   
   
1. Show on Card:
   
1. Tags: Tags are used to organize listings by location, address, or nickname. For example, "London-Airbnb-221 Baker" allows searches by location (London), channel (Airbnb), or address (221 Baker). This options allows you to view the tags you added for each listings. To manage your tags, check our guide here.
   
2. Associated Group and Sub-Group: This feature allows you to see what group or subgroup your listings is assigned to.. For example, if you have multiple properties in the same area or with similar pricing strategies, you can group them together and you will see to which group you added the specific listings. 3. City and Bedroom Count: This option allows you to view the city where the listing is located and the bedroom category.
   
   
   
4. Minimum Price, Base Price, and Maximum Price: This allow you to see:
   
   
1. Base Price: Average nightly rate for the year, essential for PriceLabs' algorithm. 
   
2. Min Price: The lowest price; recommendations won’t go below this.
   
3. Max Price: The highest price; recommendations won’t exceed this. (More on setting these prices)
   
   
5. Total Occupancy for Next 7, 30, and 60 Nights: Total Occupancy is the percentage of days your listing is booked out of the total available days. For more information, you can check the Performance Metrics on PriceLabs Dashboard and Multi Calendar
   
   

   
   

   
   
3. How to use this page?: Clicking on this will allow you to view the PriceLabs Knowlegde Base so you can learn more about our services.
   
   
4. Search: Easily locate listings without scrolling through the entire dashboard. Type keywords into the search box to find listings by ID, name, account, channel/PMS, or group name.
   
   
5. Listing Filter: Apply multiple filter options to refine displayed listings.
   
   
   
6. Map Listings: Link similar listings, such as listings from multiple channels or multi-units, for better organization.
   
   
   
7. Listings: This column displays listing names alongside their channel/PMS and account.
   

   
   

   1. Clicking a listing name takes you to the Pricing Calendar view, 
      
   2. You can also see if the listing is a parent or child listing.
      
      
8. Listing Card: This sections shows the details about the listings. By default, this sections shows the Minimum, Base, and Maximum price. However, the information shown depends on the option you selected in the Preference section.
   
   
9. Sync Price Toggle: Indicates the current sync status of a listing. This toggle also displays the last update date and sync status. More on that here.
   
1.  ON (green): Prices are updated nightly.
2. OFF (gray): Prices won’t sync.
