How to connect PriceLabs to Guesty for Hosts

How to Integrate PriceLabs with Guesty for hosts (formerly YourPorter App)

When actively syncing with Guesty for Hosts, PriceLabs will send rates and minimum stay requirements to Guesty for Hosts listings for 540 days from today (see our article here on extending your pricing calendar).
Before connecting, please be sure your listings are on Guesty for Host's Native connection to Airbnb, and that the listings are syncing both pricing and availability to at least one channel.

Before connecting, please be sure your listings are on Guesty for Host's Native connection to Airbnb. To check your connection type, log in to Guesty for hosts and go to Menu > Airbnb. If you previously were connected directly to Airbnb from PriceLabs, your minimum night requirements will update on Airbnb, but they will not be sent to VRBO or Booking while configuring your Guesty for host listings in PriceLabs. Once sync is on from PriceLabs to Guesty for host, your min-stays should update successfully on all channels. How to Connect to Guesty for Hosts

Step 1. Once your listings are configured to sync with PriceLabs you can log on to Guesty for Hosts to fetch your API key.
First go to "Menu" ->  "Smart Pricing" in the "More Features" section of the main menu.

Step 2. Then click on PriceLabs, turn the connection on and copy your API key (same as Auth Token on PriceLabs).

Please note: Your API key will change each time you deactivate and reactivate this toggle and this will result in sync issues between PriceLabs and Guesty For Hosts. Therefore, Activate your PriceLabs connection and leave it active all the time.

Step 3. Next, go to your PriceLabs dashboard and click the "Add your listings" or  "Add/ Reconnect your listings" button. Select  Guesty for Hosts from the drop down, paste in your API key in the Auth Token box and click "Connect". You should then see your  Guesty for Hosts listings on your PriceLabs dashboard!


You can go through our Getting Started guide or join one of our  live onboarding  training sessions  during office hours  to get a good overview of the system and all of the available customizations. Once you're satisfied with the rates on your PriceLabs calendar, you can toggle on the sync switches for your listing(s) and wait for our regular nightly sync, click Sync Now! and send your PriceLabs rates and minimum stay requirements directly to Your Porter. Head back to Your Porter and go to your rates calendar to see your settings pushed from PriceLabs.


Rates Not Appearing on Airbnb or VRBO

In some cases we have seen pricing not update correctly on channels connected to  Guesty for Hosts when the rate pushed by PriceLabs is below the set minimum on the channels. If you are seeing the correct rates on most days, but not on days where heavily discounted rates were sent from PriceLabs, please adjust your minimum price allowed on the channel seeing the issue then come back to PriceLabs and click the Sync Now! button to send rates again. If this does not resolve your issue, please submit a support ticket. 

Guesty for Hosts unavailable error 

If your listing is not able to sync due to unavailable error, please check your Guesty for hosts account and reconnect your listing from Menu > Airbnb > Listings > Edit > Sync Status.
