How to connect PriceLabs to 365Villas

How to Integrate PriceLabs with 365Villas

This easy integration allows 365 Villas users to import their properties to PriceLabs and see the recommended prices almost instantaneously. While actively syncing PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to 365Villas listings for dates up to 540 days from today (for more on extending your pricing calendar see our article here), along with weekly and monthly discounts, and check-in and check-out restrictions.

Weekly and monthly discounts must be set in PriceLabs, existing discounts set for 365Villas listings will be overwritten with each sync from PriceLabs
Please note that when 365Villas receives pricing from Pricelabs, if there is no minimum stay information pushed,  will include the default of 1-night minimum stay. So please make sure to enter correct minimum stay on Pricelabs. More information on this here

Step 1. To integrate your accounts first log on to your 365Villas account and get your API key and token from the API Integrations page, which can be found under the Account settings on the left side, highlighted section>>API & Integrations

Step 2. Once you've found your API key and token, log in to your PriceLabs account and click on the "Add your listings" button (if you don't have any listings yet) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you have listings on your PriceLabs account already) on your PriceLabs dashboard, then under "PMS / Channel Manager" select 365Villas from the drop-down menu, enter your API Key and Pass, and click "Connect

If you want to import 365Villas internal names as nicknames in PriceLabs, then please select the checkbox 'Use 365Villas Nicknames. Owner Token is mandatory' along with providing owner token from your 365Villas account. 365Villas API Owner Token can be found in API & Integrations=>Price Labs in your 365Villas account.

That's it! You're all set with the integration! If you've gone through our Getting Started guide and synced rates, you can head over to the Rates Table page in 365Villas to check if the prices and min-stay are updated.

Your PriceLabs rates will appear on 365Vills like they do in the screenshot below.

Weekly and monthly pricing set in PriceLabs is only sent to 365 villas integrated websites, extended stay pricing is not sent on through the channel manager.
Any settings such as  -  check-in, check-out, etc, should be enabled on 365Villas. Only then Pricelabs will be able to push these details to them. If a setting is not enabled on 365Villas, then, even if you set these in PriceLabs, these will not be pushed to 365Villas.
