How to Integrate PriceLabs with Quovai PMS

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions to Quovai PMS for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Quovai PMS to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose QUOVAI PMS from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow QUOVAI PMS to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2: Connect & Setup in Quovai PMS

  1. Send a request to support@quovai.com, stating the email address you used to initiate the onboarding process. 
  2. Wait for confirmation of acceptance and, when prompted, sign the agreement with Quovai.
  3. Log in to your Quovai PMS, then navigate to Configuration > Room Types > [Room Type] > RMS. Select the room types/listings you wish to connect.

  4. Go to Sales > Rates > [Rate] > RMS. Select the rates that should be synchronized with PriceLabs.

  5. Once the configuration is complete, notify support@quovai.com and request activation.
  6. Once all steps are completed, the Quovai support team will activate the PriceLabs connection for your account. Once connected, your Quovai PMS listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Quovai PMS account to verify updates
