How to Integrate PriceLabs with SuperControl

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, check-in/check-out restrictions, and length of stay pricing adjustment to SuperControl for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your SuperControl Account

  1. Log in to your SuperControl account.
  2. Navigate to Integrations → Price Optimisation → PriceLabs



  3. Set initial prices for all properties tagged as "Cannot enable with no prices"



    1. Click on the Property
    2. Navigate to Price Planner and click on the Prices row



    3. Set prices on the pop-up



    4. Repeat steps for all properties tagged as "Cannot enable with no prices"

  4. Head back to Integrations → Price Optimisation → PriceLabs and click Enable for all properties you wish to import to PriceLabs



  5. Copy your API key


Step 2: Connecting SuperControl to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose SuperControl from the dropdown.
  4. Enter your SuperControl API Key then click Connect



  5. Once connected, your SuperControl listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your SuperControl account to verify updates

Setting Discounts in SuperControl

PriceLabs only sends daily prices and minimum stay settings to SuperControl. If you’d like to apply weekly discounts or extra person fees, you can set those directly in SuperControl. These discounts will be applied on top of your PriceLabs rates. Click below to learn how to set them up in SuperControl.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

PriceLabs Rates Not Appearing in SuperControl 

There are two settings in SuperControl that can override your PriceLabs rates:

  1. Minimum Price - If PriceLabs sends a daily rate that is lower than the minimum price set in SuperControl, SuperControl will automatically adjust the rate to the set minimum.
    1. Navigate to Properties → Edit → Select Property → Price Planner
    2. Update your SuperControl minimum price to match your PriceLabs minimum



    3. Save your changes
  2. Special Price - If a Special Price is applied to a date, PriceLabs rates will be ignored for that day.
    1. Navigate to Properties → Edit → Select Property → Price Planner
    2. The last line of the rate tape in SuperControl displays Special Prices. Dates with a Special Price assigned are marked with a small square, as shown below.



    3. Click on the date or box to view or edit the special price.
