How to import Hostaway listings into PriceLabs

How to Integrate PriceLabs with Hostaway

When successfully syncing with Hostaway, PriceLabs can send dynamic rates and minimum stay requirements for dates up to 540 days from today (for information on extending your pricing calendar, see our help article here). Connecting your Hostaway account with PriceLabs is super simple, but prices must first be set in Hostaway before integrating accounts or adding new properties. Once you have initial prices set, follow the steps below to integrate your Hostaway account with PriceLabs:

Step 1. Find your Hostaway ID and API key in the Hostaway platform at Settings >> Hostaway API. You will find your Hostaway account ID under the Hostaway Public API. To generate API secret key, click on the 'Create' button to generate the key, Enter a name, and then you will see the API key. It will only show for one time so make sure to save it. 

Step 2. Head over to PriceLabs and click the big "Add your listings" or  "Add/Reconnect listings" button on your dashboard. Select Hostaway from the drop down menu and paste your API and Key in the integrations box.


That's it! You should now see your Hostaway listings on your PriceLabs dashboard. When you're happy with your rates and min-stay settings, you can toggle on the sync switch and your rates will update on Hostaway automatically during our nightly sync, or click the "Sync now!" button to send updates immediately. 


Reconnecting Hostaway account

Any time listing information needs to change, that change has to happen on the PMS first and then the accounts must be reconnected for the change to take effect on the PriceLabs side. This could include changing the name of the listings, address or even number of bedrooms.   
Also, whenever you need to import newly added listings from Hostaway, you will have to reconnect your account using "Add/Reconnect your listings" button. 

Here you can click on "Reconnect Existing Account" so that you do not have to enter the API key details again -
