How to Integrate PriceLabs with Rentals United
Connecting PriceLabs to Rentals United
While actively syncing, PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Rentals United listings for dates up to 540 days from today (for more on extending your pricing calendar, see our article here), along with weekly and monthly discounts and length-of-stay pricing.
Step 1. To connect PriceLabs to Rentals United, first, enable PriceLabs in your Rentals United account
...and ensure that PriceLabs pricing is active for all properties.
Step 2. Once properties are active for PriceLabs access, log into your PriceLabs account, click on the "+ Add/Reconnect Listings" button on your PriceLabs dashboard, and from the "PMS / Channel Manager" tab kindly select 'Rentals United' from the drop-down menu. Enter your Rentals United Username/Email and click "Connect."
Voila! You should now see your Rentals United listings on your PriceLabs dashboard. When you're ready, head to our Getting Started Guide to learn about all Getting Started Guide to learn about all of the available customizations.
Your Rentals United listing needs a season to start pricing.
PriceLabs needs an existing rate to overwrite with daily pricing updates. Please set seasons for one year from today within Rentals United in order for rates to sync successfully from PriceLabs. For more information, see the Pricing section in Rentals United's article here and here.
