How to Integrate PriceLabs with Your.Rentals

PriceLabs can send daily rates to Your.Rentals for the next 365 days, starting from the day of activation.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:
  1. Integration with Your.Rentals is only available upon request. Kindly reach out to Your.Rentals support before requesting connection in PriceLabs.

Step 1: Connecting Your.Rentals to PriceLabs

  1. Reach out to Your.Rentals support to request connection with PriceLabs
  2. Contact PriceLabs Support at support@pricelabs.co to request integration with Your.Rentals
  3. Once the Team confirms that the integration is enable, log into PriceLabs.
  4. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  5. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "your.rentals" from the dropdown.
  6. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Your.Rentals to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Your.Rentals

  1. Log in to your Your.Rentals account.
  2. Navigate to the Calendar and access the listing you wish to sync with PriceLabs



    1. On the right-side panel, click on Dynamic pricing then select PriceLabs



    2. Configure your Rate settings
      1. Set your Base rate
      2. Set your Minimum rate and Maximum rate
      3. Then click Enable
    3. Repeat steps for all listings you wish to sync with PriceLabs
  3. Once done, Dynamic Prices will be applied to your listings, indicate by a chart icon on the calendar.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Your.Rentals account to verify updates
