How often are my rates synced to my PMS, and how does "Sync Now" work

When will my listings start to sync?

Your prices in PriceLabs will only be pushed to your OTA/PMS once you switch on the Enable Price Sync toggle.

As long as this toggle is not turned on, your prices in the OTA/PMS will not be affected. So, kindly turn the toggle on only after you have finished setting up your listings and checking the prices.

How often are my rates synced to my PMS or Booking Channel? 

By default, once the sync prices toggle is turned on, we sync rates once every night between 6PM and 6AM Chicago time or between 23:00/0:00 and 12:00/13:00 UTC (depending on daylight savings/summer time).

If you just added a listing and want to sync sooner instead of waiting overnight (or you missed the start time of our nightly cycle), then please click on "Review Prices" to see the listing calendar and then click on "Sync Now"

Sync now works with 99.97% reliability - there are times when due to some connectivity issues with the PMS multiple attempts are needed, which might make a sync take longer. You can refresh your page after clicking "Sync Now!" to see the time update in the "Last Synced" column on the dashboard, or to the left of the calendar view below the Sync Now button. 

Group and Account-level Sync 

If you have many listings then clicking Sync Now for each listing one by one might be pretty time consuming. In such cases, we highly recommend using the account/PMS-level Sync (or group-level Sync if you have different groups created), you can find this on the Customization page (Click Dynamic Pricing from the top and select Customizations). Then, click on the three dots on the right-most side, and then click Sync now as seen in the screenshot below -
