How to hide listings from the dashboard?

Hiding a listing allows you to temporarily stop syncing rates without deleting it from your PriceLabs account. This is useful if a property is temporarily unavailable, undergoing maintenance, or if you simply don’t want it to receive updates for now. Unlike deleting, hiding a listing does not remove it permanently, and you can unhide it anytime to resume syncing.

Before You Start

• Before hiding any listings, ensure that the Sync Prices toggle is turned off.
  
  

How to HIDE a Listing from Your Dashboard

1. Navigate to Dynamic Pricing → Manage Listings
   
2. Locate the listing you want to hide.
   
3. Click the "Eye" button () under the Action column and ensure it becomes greyed out.
   

Hide Listings in Bulk

1. Navigate to Dynamic Pricing → Manage Listings
2. Select the checkboxes for the listings you want to hide.
   
3. Click "Hide" from the options at the bottom of the screen.
   

Unhide Listings

To unhide hidden listings, just click on the "Eye" button again until it turns black.

Missing Listings

If you have a listing that is missing from your dashboard, you can head to the Manage Listings page and check if it is there. If you see the listing, follow the same steps in Unhide Listings. This will make the listing visible again on your dashboard.
