Navigating Your Pricing Calendar on the Mobile App
The Pricing Calendar in the mobile app lets you review your listing's recommended prices, monitor market trends, and make pricing adjustments from anywhere. It provides a simplified, mobile-optimized view of your calendar while still giving you access to the key pricing insights and controls you need to manage your listings.
This article explains the features available in the mobile app version of the Pricing Calendar and shows you how to use them to review, customize, and sync your pricing with confidence.

- Listing Name: Displays the listing and a dropdown that allows you to jump to other listing's pricing calendar.

- Listing Details: This line shows the listing's City, bedroom count, PMS or OTA, listing link.

- Minimum, Base, and Maximum Prices: Base price is the average rate that a property manager charges across the year. All market factors, demand patterns, and customizations are applied to the base price to come to a recommended rate for a particular date. This rate will fluctuate based on the quality of your listing. Meanwhile, the Minimum and Maximum Prices are the floor and ceiling of the price recommendations. - Base Price Help Tool: Our recommendation tool that helps you determine the most appropriate base price for your listing base on your own listing's performance and in contrast with the performance of the market. Read more about this here.

- Sync Price Toggle and Sync Now: The toggle allows you to turn sync ON or OFF. Once you have reviewed your prices and turned on Sync, if you are satisfied with the price recommendations and you want the prices to update right away, hit the "Sync Now" button and allow up to 15 minutes for the prices to update on your listing. You can also click the circular arrow to refresh your PriceLabs calendar.

- Calendar: This is your listings calendar where you will see all of your prices and customizations in action. Note: You can scroll up and down to move through the different months.

- Date Specific Overrides: Know something that we don't? You can tap and drag over dates or click the "plus" Override button to override our recommended prices and/or min-night restrictions with your own values. From then on we will use this value instead of our recommended prices for those dates. You can read our full article on setting overrides here.

- Calendar Settings: Lets you view the Legends, as well as, enable and disable other features from your Pricing Calendar.

- Minimum Stay Nights: Allows you to enable or disable minimum stay indicators
- Booking Info: Allows you to enable or disable booking indicators
- Events/Holidays: Allows you to enable or disable events/holidays indicators
- Calendar Color
- Demand: The color of the dates on the calendar depends on how much demand there is for the specific night.
- Recommended Price vs Last Year ADR: The color of the dates on your calendar depends on whether the current recommended price is higher or lower that last year's ADR.
- Based on Reservation Date: The color of the dates on your calendar depends on which listings received the booking in the:
- Last 3 days
- Last 7 days
- Last 14 days
- Last 30 days
- More than a month before
- Based on Listing Quotes (Last 30d): This transforms your calendar into a demand heatmap based on actual quote volume from the last 30 days. Dates are now shaded in varying intensities of Blue from Low Demand to High Demand. Please note that this feature is currently only available for users who share the search data from their own websites with us via Direct Booking Tools.
- None: The calendar is plain white for all dates.

- High Contrast Color Mode: Allows you to use different color scheme for your pricing calendar
- Legends
- Market Demand - color coding to show the levels of market demand
Light green - low demand
Green - normal demand
Light blue - good demand
Dark blue - high demand
- Last Year’s ADR Comparison - Shown if Recommended Price vs Last Year ADR is selected under Calendar Color.
Blue – Today’s recommended price is higher than last year’s ADR.
Pink – Today’s recommended price is lower than last year’s ADR.- White – No ADR data is available from last year for that date.

- Reservation Date: If you have chosen Based on Reservation Date, the color coding is as follows:
- Last 3 days
- Last 7 days
- Last 14 days
- Last 30 days
- More than a month before
- Unavailable - greyed out dates shows the unavailable dates
Events Indicator - If you are viewing the calendar through mobile, you will see a purple star on dates that have events or holidays.
Min-stay - represents the required length of stay to book a date

- Help Link: This button brings you to this help article that will guide you through each feature and button on the review prices page.

- Calendar Tab: Click this tab whenever you are in any other tabs and want to view the calendar again.

- Customization Tab: This tab allows you to view and edit customization applied to the listing.

You can click the Edit button to apply or change you customizations. For more information, you can check: Customizations
- Listing Details Tab: This section allows you to view Listing Metrics, Notes, Date Specific Overrides, Events and Holidays, Base Price History, and Groups.

- Listing Metrics: This helps you stay more informed about how your listings are performing relative to the market easily, and also helps in making adjustments to your settings. This section displays your initial three selections from "Add Metrics" button on the Pricing Dashboard (only available in the desktop view).
- Notes: A handy feature to let you add notes for your listings. You can add multiple notes to your listing by clicking the "Add" button and set a reminder or pin the note. You can also view a list of all your notes by clicking "eye" icon. For more information, please see: Notes
- Date Specific Overrides: To see a list of all overrides being applied to this listing, including those from the group or account level, click the "View Date Specific Overrides" icon. You can read our full article on setting overrides here.
Events/Holidays: This cool feature now allows you to see Events, Holidays, and High-demand Dates in your hyperlocal market along with the Average Price set for each date. You can also report any event missing from the list!
Base Price History: Click here to see a table of the changes to your minimum, base, and maximum rates over the time your listing has been on PriceLabs.
- Group Customizations: A useful feature if you have multiple properties. You can assign each listing to a group so that you can work on a group of properties in one session. You can read more about creating and managing groups here.
- More Tab: This tab allows you to navigate through different pages such as Pricing Calendar tab, Customization tab, Listing Details tab, Neighborhood Data tab (coming soon), Hotel Data tab (coming soon), Help Me Choose a Base Price tab.
