Notes

When managing listings, keeping track of your to-do lists or reminders can be challenging especially if you work with many properties. So, PriceLabs has made it easier for you using our Notes feature.

What are Notes and its features?

This feature allows you to add and review notes for a specific listing, group, or account. You have the option to pin important notes and set reminders as needed.

1. You can click the bell icon to set a reminder for the notes
   
2. You can also click the pin button to ensure that the note is always on top of the list.

How to leave notes?

Leaving notes for a specific listing

      From the Calendar Page

1. From the Pricing Dashboard, click Review Prices on the listing you want. If you don't already see Notes on the right side of the calendar, then, click the 3 dots on the upper right side of the screen and tick Notes. This step needs to be done only once.
   
2. On the right side of the calendar, you can then click All Notes to view notes that you have added or click Add to create a new one.
   
   
   
   

   You can also enable Notes by going to your Account Settings and clicking Advanced Settings. You will then need to tick Display Calendar Notes.
   

      From the Multicalendar page

1. From the Multicalendar page, click the Notes icon beside the listing.
   
2. You can then review existing and add new notes for the listing.
   
   
   

Leaving notes for a Group

1. Head over to Dynamic Pricing > Customization. 
   
2. Under the Customization Tab, click Groups.
   
3. You can then click the Add Notes icon beside the name on the group to view or add notes.
   

Leaving notes for an Account

1. Head over to Dynamic Pricing > Customization. 
   
2. Under the Customization Tab, click Account.
   
3. You can then click the Add Notes icon beside the name on the account to view or add notes.
