Notes

The Notes feature allows you to add and review notes for a specific listing, group, or account. You can use this feature to pin important notes and set reminders as needed, helping you stay organized when managing multiple properties.

Benefits of the Notes Feature

  • Easily add and review notes for listings, groups, and accounts.
  • Set reminders to stay on top of important tasks.
  • Pin important notes to ensure they remain visible at the top of your list.

Additional Features

  • Reminder: Set a reminder by clicking the bell icon on the note.
  • Pin: Pin a note to keep it on top by clicking the pin icon.

Steps to Adding Notes

Leaving Notes from the Calendar Page

  1. Navigate to Pricing Dashboard.
  2. Click Review Prices on the listing you want to manage.
  3. On the right side of the calendar, click the Notes icon to add or view notes.

From the Multi Calendar page

  1. From the Multi Calendar page, click the Notes icon beside the listing.
  2. You can then review existing and add new notes for the listing.

Leaving notes for a Group or Account

  1. Head over to Dynamic Pricing → Customization.
  2. Under the Customization Tab, click Groups or Account.
  3. You can then click the Add Notes icon beside the name on the group or account to view or add notes.
