How to Integrate PriceLabs with Rentlio

Connecting PriceLabs to Rentlio

While actively syncing PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Rentlio listings for dates up to 540 days from today (for more on extending your pricing calendar see our article here). This easy integration allows Rentlio users to import their properties to PriceLabs and see the recommended prices almost instantaneously.

Step 1. To connect to connect PriceLabs to Rentlio, first log in to your Rentlio account and generate your API key

Step 2. Head to your PriceLabs account, click the "+ Add/Reconnect Listings" button, and from the 'PMS / Channel Manager' tab, kindly select 'Rentlio' from the drop-down list. 

Paste your API key into the designated field and click Connect

Rate Plan Customization

The PriceLabs calendar will, by default, show rates for Standard Per Day Rate. If you wish to see rate calendar for other rate plans, you can do so by going to Rate Plan Customization:

Click on 'Edit' against as shown:

You can toggle between the available rate plans to change the default rate plan and also define offset for other rate plans, if required, click on Save Rate Plans.

Note:

1. If you have 'Per occupancy' rate plans for your unit types in Rentlio, then those rate plans will be imported with 'Update Type' as None as shown in the above screenshot.
   
2. You can update the Update Type to 'Price' (for only price updates) OR 'Price and Restrictions' (for both price and restrictions updates).
   
3. If you wish to sync rate plans with pricing model as 'Per occupancy' in Rentlio, then you have the option to also set Extra Person Fees in PriceLabs. The extra person fees will get applied on top of the daily rates and will be pushed to per pax rate plans in Rentlio.
   
4. Extra person fees will not apply for 'Per day' rate plans.
   

You should now see your Rentlio listings on your PriceLabs dashboard! Go through our Getting Started Guide or join one of Intro to PriceLabs Live Training Sessions to get a good overview of the system. When you're ready, toggle on the sync switch and your rates will sync to Rentlio automatically!
