Listing Overview Page

Listing Overview Page

The Listing Overview Page provides a deep dive into the performance of an individual Airbnb listing. It helps you understand why your listing received a certain grade, highlights what’s working well, and outlines specific changes you can make to improve performance.

This page is divided into clear, actionable sections — including listing basics, image analysis, and positioning insights — each supported by AI-generated feedback based on what drives higher visibility and revenue across Airbnb globally.

Each analyzed listing contains:

  1. Listing Quality Score (Why your grade is what it is)
    1. What’s Working Well
    2. Recommendation
    3. What Needs Change
  2. Image Analysis (Cover image, grid, blurry and duplicate detection)

  3. Positioning Insights (Unique selling points and target segments)

Listing Quality Score

At the top of the page, you’ll see the Listing Quality Score — a numeric score (out of 10) summarizing the listing’s current health.

This section explains why your listing received that score, supported by AI insights that identify inconsistencies, missing data, or low-quality elements.

Example:

“The description states ‘private pool,’ but the amenities list shows ‘shared pool.’ This inconsistency can mislead guests. Update your description or amenities for clarity.”

You’ll also see contextual links to any flagged images or missing amenities for quick fixes.

Typical insights may include:

  • Mismatch between title, description, and amenities (Consistency issue).

  • Missing or irrelevant photos (Image quality issue).

  • Key amenities absent or misrepresented (Amenity issue).

Listing Title Score

What’s Working Well

This section highlights elements that are already helping your listing perform well — such as compelling titles, strong visuals, or excellent guest sentiment.

Examples:

  • “Your title includes high-performing keywords such as Beachfront and Private Balcony.”

  • “The cover image features bright lighting and exterior shots that attract higher click rates.”

  • “Guest reviews emphasize cleanliness and great communication — continue highlighting these in your listing copy.”

What Needs Change

This section focuses on specific improvements you can make to raise your score and visibility.
Each recommendation is actionable, directly tied to the metrics that most impact conversion.

Examples:

  • “Replace duplicate pool photos in the first five images with a bedroom or living room shot.”

  • “Include nearby attraction details in your description to improve engagement.”

  • “Add missing amenities such as Essentials or BBQ grill to match guest expectations.”

Each recommendation is tagged with a category (e.g., Title, Description, Image, Consistency) and can be marked as “Resolved” once you’ve implemented it.

Image Analysis

Your Image Score assesses both the quality and completeness of your visual presentation.

It’s divided into multiple subsections:

Subsection

Description

Cover Image Analysis

Reviews your main image for composition, brightness, and appeal. Highlights if it represents the property well.

Grid Analysis

Evaluates the first few photos in your gallery — they form the first impression guests see.

Low Resolution Images

Detects low-resolution or out-of-focus images that reduce listing quality.

Duplicate Images

Flags repeated photos that take up valuable space without adding variety.

Each subsection provides a short commentary explaining what’s good and what can be improved.

Example:

  • “The cover image is vibrant and inviting — a strong choice for your first photo.”

  • “Your grid images focus on the living area but omit key spaces like the bathroom or kitchen.”

  • “1 blurry image detected — consider replacing it with a sharper version.”

Positioning Insights

The Positioning Insights section helps you understand how your listing appeals to different types of travelers and what makes it unique in your market.

It is divided into:

Unique Selling Points (USP)

These are key strengths that differentiate your property — automatically generated from your description, amenities, and guest reviews.

Example USPs:

  • Hotel-style amenities with a communal vibe

  • Prime South Beach location

  • Affordable and stylish Art Deco stay

Target Segments

Identifies guest types most likely to book your property based on features and past performance patterns.

Examples:

  • Budget Travelers: Value-driven guests seeking central locations with shared facilities.

  • Couples: Guests preferring privacy, comfort, and proximity to restaurants and nightlife.

  • Solo Adventurers: Independent travelers looking for safety, convenience, and shared spaces.

These insights help you refine your listing tone, photo order, and amenity focus for your ideal audience.

Tips

  • Start with sections marked as C or D for highest impact improvements.

  • Replace at least one photo from each flagged “Blurry” or “Duplicate” section.

  • Use the Re-run Analysis option after updating your Airbnb listing to see score improvements.

  • Review Positioning Insights to align your content with your target guest type.
