How To Use Listing Optimizer Dashboard

The Listing Optimizer Dashboard is the central workspace where you can monitor, compare, and act on the performance of all your listings.
It brings together key performance indicators (KPIs), quality scores, and actionable insights in one view — helping you quickly identify which listings need attention and where improvements are driving results.

From this dashboard, you can:
  1. Track your portfolio-level health and trends.
  2. View detailed scores and actions for each listing.
  3. Take bulk actions such as hide, delete, or re-run analysis.
  4. Filter and sort listings by score, host ID, or keyword.

Key Metrics & KPIs

At the top of your dashboard, you’ll find high-level KPIs summarizing your portfolio’s overall quality.

Overall Listing Quality Score

Weighted average score (0–10) across all analyzed listings.

Listing Completeness %

Percentage of listings rated A or B vs total analyzed listings.

Active Listings Count

Number of visible listings currently included in dashboard metrics.

Average Grade Distribution

Breakdown of listings by A, B, C, D ratings.

Last Run Date

Timestamp of the most recent analysis run.

How Completeness % is Calculated:

Completeness % = (Number of quality checks rated A or B ÷ Total number of quality checks) × 100
Example: If you have 2 listings with 10 quality checks each and 14 of them are graded A/B, your completeness = 70%.

Actions Table

The Actions Table helps you track optimization tasks for each listing.
It’s divided into two tabs:

Actions Pending

Lists all tasks or issues yet to be resolved (e.g., “Improve Title,” “Add missing image”).

Actions Resolved

Lists all issues marked as resolved; you can reopen any if needed.

When you mark an item as resolved, it automatically moves to the “Resolved” tab.

Listing Overview Table

The Listing Overview Table provides a detailed view of each analyzed listing along with its current grades and key actions.

Airbnb property name (clickable for detailed report).
Overall Grade (A–D)
Summary of the listing’s quality level.
Completeness %
How close the listing is to achieving full optimization.
Actions Pending / Resolved
Displays number of improvement tasks left.
Last Analyzed
Timestamp of last optimization run.
Rank (Airbnb Page)
Current Airbnb search rank (auto-updated weekly).
Bulk Actions
Options to Hide/Delete multiple listings at once.


Tooltip to Preview

Hover over a listing score or title to preview:
  1. Detailed component scores (Title, Description, Image, etc.)
  2. Reason for grade change (via Change Log integration)
  3. Summary of improvement recommendations

This quick-view tooltip helps you understand what changed without opening the full listing report.

Available Bulk Actions

To use bulk actions, multi-select listings on the listing overview table to see the available options mentioned below.
  1. Re-run Analysis – Reprocess selected listings to capture updated data.
  2. Hide Listings – Temporarily remove selected listings from your dashboard view and KPIs.
  3. Delete Listings – Permanently remove listings you no longer manage (credits are not refunded).
  4. Download CSV – Export detailed insights for selected listings, including top performer in the market comparisons, quality scores, and recommendations.

Hide and Delete Listings

Hide Listing

  1. Temporarily removes the listing from your dashboard and KPIs.
  2. Hidden listings are accessible under the Hidden Listings section and can be unhidden anytime.
  3. System message example: “Listing hidden. KPIs refreshed based on visible listings.”

Delete Listing

  1. Permanently deletes the listing from the dashboard.
  2. A confirmation modal appears: “Deleting a listing will remove it from your dashboard. You will not get credits back for past optimizations.”
  3. You have 5 seconds to undo via the Undo Toast Notification.

Filters

To focus on specific subsets of data, use filters available above the overview table.
