Ranking Overview Page

Ranking Overview Page

The Ranking Overview page in Listing Optimizer shows you where your listing appears in Airbnb search results — within your neighborhood — and how that ranking changes over time.
The Ranking Overview focuses on your neighborhood, giving you a more accurate picture of how you stack up against nearby competition.
Use it to:
  1. See your rank across upcoming available dates (next ~60 days)
  2. Track how your rank trends over time
  3. Compare your performance against competitors in the same area
Note: Rankings are refreshed every ~48 hours and are based on dates that are open in your calendar.

How to Access the Ranking Overview Page

  1. Open Listing Optimizer and select a listing
  2. Click the Ranking Overview tab at the top of the page
If this is your first time opening the page, PriceLabs will begin calculating your Airbnb search rankings. This usually takes a few hours. You can continue using PriceLabs while the data loads in the background.

Understanding the Ranking Overview Dashboard

The dashboard is divided into several sections. Here's what each one shows and how to use it.

Neighborhood Ranking Summary

At the top of the page, you'll see an overview of your ranking within your neighborhood:
  1. Listings in the Neighborhood — Total number of active listings in your selected area
  2. Best Rank — Your highest (best) ranking position across upcoming dates and guest segments
      1. Includes a change indicator (last 48 hours)
  3. Best Page Number — The best Airbnb search results page your listing has appeared on
    1. Includes a change indicator
A neighborhood map on the right shows:
  1. The geographic area being tracked
  2. Pins representing listings in the area
What does your Airbnb search rank mean?
Your rank shows where your listing appears in Airbnb search results within your neighborhood for dates that are open in your calendar over the next ~60 days.

How You Rank Across Available Dates vs Competitors

This section displays a calendar-style grid showing your rank for each upcoming date.
Each cell shows:
  1. Your rank (position in search results)
  2. The page number where your listing appears
Use this view to:
  1. Identify dates where your listing ranks well vs poorly
  2. Spot patterns (e.g., weekends vs weekdays, near-term vs far-out dates)
  3. Prioritize pricing or content updates
Additional states:
  1. Booked/Blocked → Dates unavailable on your calendar
  2. N/A →You are not visible in the first 15 pages

How Did Your Rank Change Over Time

The Ranking Trends graph tracks how your rank has changed over time.
  1. Y-axis → Rank (1 = best, 270= worst)
  2. X-axis → Dates
  3. Each line represents a different booking scenario (e.g., 2 Guests, 3 Nights)

  2. Page number
Use this graph to:
  1. Understand if your ranking is improving or declining
  2. Compare performance across guest segments and lengths of stay
  3. Measure the impact of changes to your listing
Note: Trends require sufficient data (48 hours) before becoming meaningful.
