The Ranking Overview page in Listing Optimizer shows you where your listing appears in Airbnb search results — within your neighborhood — and how that ranking changes over time.
The Ranking Overview focuses on your neighborhood, giving you a more accurate picture of how you stack up against nearby competition.
Use it to:
- See your rank across upcoming available dates (next ~60 days)
- Track how your rank trends over time
- Compare your performance against competitors in the same area
Note: Rankings are refreshed every ~48 hours and are based on dates that are open in your calendar.
How to Access the Ranking Overview Page
- Open Listing Optimizer and select a listing
- Click the Ranking Overview tab at the top of the page
If this is your first time opening the page, PriceLabs will begin calculating your Airbnb search rankings. This usually takes a few hours. You can continue using PriceLabs while the data loads in the background.
