How to Integrate PriceLabs with Hostex

PriceLabs can send Dynamic rates, Minimum stay, Check-in & Check-out rules, Weekly & Monthly discounts, Extra person fee to Hostex for up to 365 days in advance:

Before You Start

PriceLabs requires your property's specific location to provide you with accurate smart pricing. Therefore, before adding your Hostex listing to PriceLabs, please ensure that you have set the exact address for the property in Hostex.

Step 1: Connecting Hostex to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" in the dashboard.
  3. In the popup, select "Hostex" and check "Allow Hostex to add listings to your PriceLabs account".
  4. Click Save.

Step 2: Enabling Integration in Hostex

  1. Log into your Hostex account.
  2. Navigate to Workplace→ Integrations → PriceLabs.
  3. Click to get started and enter your PriceLabs account credentials.

Step 3: Selecting Listings for Sync from Hostex

  1. In Hostex, click "Add Listings".
  2. Select the listings you want to manage with PriceLabs.

Step 4: Reviewing & Syncing Prices in PriceLabs

  1. Go back to PriceLabs Pricing Dashboard and click "Review Prices" for a listing.
  2. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  3. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  4. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.

Step 5: Finalizing Sync in Hostex

  1. Return to Hostex and click "Start to Sync".
