Preview Prices Graph

The Preview Prices Graph allows you to instantly visualize how pricing changes—such as adjusting the base price or other customizations—will affect your listing's rates without needing to save changes first. This real-time tool is designed to help you quickly understand the impact of your updates and streamline your pricing workflow.

Before You Start

  • This feature is available within the Pricing Dashboard → Review Prices section of each listing.
  • This is NOT available in the Group or Account level customization.
  • No need to save changes to see the effect—simply use the Review Changes button to update the graph.

Benefits of Preview Prices Graph

  • View pricing impact instantly without saving changes
  • Saves time when reviewing base price or customization updates
  • Compare current vs updated prices in an easy-to-read graph
  • Supports multiple date range views (30, 60, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year)

Graph Features:

  • Current Prices (red dashed line): Recommended prices based on current base price
  • Price With Default Customization (black line): Recommended price if only PriceLabs default is applied.
  • Last Years Booking (blue line): Price when the listing was booked last year.
  • Upcoming Booking (green line): Price on dates already booked in the future.
  • Timeframe Dropdown: Allows you to choose the length of time from today shown on the graph.

Steps

  1. Navigate to  Pricing Dashboard  Review Prices on your listing.
  2. Click Edit on the Customization panel and make your preferred changes.
  3. Click the Review Changes button.

  4. Tick or until details that you wish to show or remove.
  5. Click Save Changes or make more changes and review the prices again if needed.

Additional Notes

  • The Preview Prices Graph helps validate changes before saving, reducing the need for trial and error.
  • No changes are applied until you click Save Changes.
