How to Integrate PriceLabs with RentalReady

PriceLabs can send dynamic rates, minimum stay requirements, Length of Stay (LOS) Pricing, Check-in/Check-out Restrictions, Extra Person Fees to RentalReady listings for up to 730 days in advance.

Before You Start

  • Listings under one RentalReady account cannot be split into multiple PriceLabs accounts.
  • Your calendar must be open in RentalReady for PriceLabs to update rates.
  • Listings may take up to 24 hours to appear in PriceLabs after connection.

Step 1: Connecting Your RentalReady Account

  1. Log in to RentalReady.
  2. In the main menu, click Configuration → Apps.
  3. Click on your Rental Application ID for PriceLabs to access the dedicated dashboard.
  4. In the dashboard, you will see all your active properties and their connection status with PriceLabs (connected/not connected).
    1. Use filters at the top of the page to refine results.
  5. Select the property you want to connect.
  6. In the Actions drop-down menu, select Connect Selected and click Go.

Step 2: Connecting Your Listings in PriceLabs

  1. Log in to PriceLabs.
  2. Click Add Your Listings or +Add/Reconnect Listings.
  3. Select PMS / Channel Manager and search for RentalReady from the list
  4. Click Connect with RentalReady.

  5. You will be redirected to RentalReady for authorization. Click Authorize.
    1. If you are not already logged in, log in to RentalReady and authorize PriceLabs to access your listings.
Your listings will then be added to your PriceLabs account within 24 hours.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your RentalReady account to verify updates
