How to Integrate PriceLabs with Galaxy Hotels

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-in restrictions to Galaxy Hotels for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Galaxy Hotels to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Galaxy Hotels from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Galaxy Hotels to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2: Connect & Setup in Galaxy Hotels

  1. Contact Galaxy Support at 04.22.145.245 to request the connection between the PriceLabs and Galaxy Hotels. Galaxy Support will configure the connection. During the call:
    1. Provide Galaxy Support with your PriceLabs ID. This is your registered PriceLabs email address.
  2. Once connected, your Galaxy Hotels listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Galaxy Hotels account to verify updates
