Adding your Airbnb listings to the Listing Optimizer is the first step toward analyzing and improving their performance.
You can add listings using your Host ID/URL or Airbnb Listing URLs, and the system will automatically fetch, validate, and prepare them for analysis.
The tool ensures smooth onboarding by showing clear feedback for failed or delisted listings and sends an email notification when your listings have been successfully processed.
Step-by-Step: Adding Your Listings
Step 1: Navigate to the Listing Optimizer
From your PriceLabs dashboard, click on the Listing Optimizer tab in the top navigation bar. Here, you’ll see the “Add Listings to Analyze” button.
Step 2: Enter Your Host ID or Listing URLs
You can add listings in one of two ways:
- Using Airbnb Host ID:
- Enter your Airbnb Host ID to fetch all listings under that account.
- You can add multiple Host IDs separated by commas.
- Using Airbnb Listing URLs:
- Paste individual Airbnb listing URLs.
- You can also enter multiple URLs, separated by commas.
- If the listing has already been imported to your account for Dynamic Pricing, we auto-detect listings and import them by simply ticking the box for the listing.

Tip: You can find your Airbnb Host ID on your host profile on airbnb or just paste the link of your listing from Airbnb.
Step 3: Validate and Retrieve Listings
Once you click Continue, the system will:
- Validate the provided IDs or URLs.
- Retrieve all listings associated with them.
- Display a list of successfully fetched listings for review.

If any listings fail validation, you’ll see an error message next to them (e.g., “Invalid ID” or “Listing not found”).
Step 4: Select Listings for Analysis
After retrieval, you can:
- Select all listings or choose specific ones you want to analyze.
- Review their names and details before proceeding.
You don’t need to analyze every listing under your Host ID—you can pick only the ones you actively manage or want insights for.
Step 5: Start the Analysis
Click Continue to begin.
- The Optimizer will start evaluating your listings across all quality parameters.
- You’ll see a progress message confirming that the analysis has started.
Once the process begins, you can safely navigate away—your results will be available once the analysis completes.
Email Notification
After your listings are processed, you’ll receive an email notification summarizing:
- Number of listings successfully analyzed.
- Listings that failed or were skipped.
- Link to view your results in the dashboard.
Example email subject: Your Listing Optimizer results are ready!
Handling Failed or Delisted Listings
Sometimes, certain listings might not process successfully. Here’s what each case means:
Issue | Description | Recommended Action |
Failed Listing | Listing couldn’t be fetched or analyzed due to an invalid Host ID or incomplete data. | Verify your Airbnb Host ID or URL and re-run the analysis. |
Delisted Listing | The listing is no longer active or has been delisted on Airbnb. | Ensure your listing is active on Airbnb. |
Internal Error | Error from PriceLabs end. | Rarely its possible that we run into errors processing your request. In this case you can re-run the listing again. |
The system clearly marks such listings with different statuses in the listing overview table like Failed, Delisted, or Pending, so you can easily spot issues.
What Happens After Processing
Once listings are processed:
- They appear on your Listing Optimizer Dashboard.
- Each listing shows an overall quality grade (A–D) and individual component scores.
- You can click any listing to view detailed recommendations.
From this point, you can:
- View KPIs and trends.
- Take bulk actions like Delete.
- Track weekly updates and rank improvements.
