How to Integrate PriceLabs with Beds24
When syncing successfully, PriceLabs will send dynamic rates and minimum stay requirements to Beds24 to single and multi-unit listings for up to 540 days from today (see our article here on extending your pricing calendar beyond that point).
Connecting to Beds24
Step 1. To start integrating your Beds24 account with PriceLabs make sure you have enabled all your properties and their rooms to be synchronized with your PriceLabs API key.
If you use multiple Beds24 accounts to access the same property, the API key must always be from the account which owns the property.
Step 2. Next, check that the correct latitude and longitude are set for each property; this can be set under the "Description" sub-heading. Click here for instructions on how to find your lat/long.
Step 3. Finally, set a daily base rate for each room via the Calendar page for 1 year from today. Click on the Daily Rate row on any date that will bring a pop-up where you can enter your price. Then make sure there is an inventory of 1 for at least one day on the row.
Step 4. You can now copy your API key from Beds24 by going to Settings > Apps & Integrations > PriceLabs. Then head over to your PriceLabs account, click on the "Add your listings" button (if you don't have any listings yet) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you have listings on your PriceLabs account already) on your PriceLabs dashboard, select "PMS / Channel Manager" and search for Beds24 from the drop-down. Enter your PriceLabs API Key, then click "Connect" to import your listings.
You should now see all of the Beds24 listings enabled for that key on your PriceLabs dashboard. Once you're satisfied with your rates you can turn the Sync Prices on and wait for our regular nightly sync or use the "Sync Now" button to push prices immediately.
Please note that if you are intending to send minimum stay requirements from PriceLabs you must make sure your min-stay in Beds24 is set to 1 or none in SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> ROOMS -> SETUP and in SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> ROOMS OFFERS.
Support for Multi-Unit Properties
Multi-unit properties in Beds24 are supported in PriceLabs! For PriceLabs to get the right unit level availability (to use in Portfolio Occupancy Adjustments), there are two options:
- Create multi-unit properties as shown in the screenshots below
- Or, have each unit be its own listing that is imported into PriceLabs and have PriceLabs sync prices to each unit separately (in this case, you can map listings together for parity and assign them to a group to use group level portfolio occupancy rules!)
To create a multi-unit property in Beds24, go to Settings -> Properties -> Add New Property. From there you can set the necessary number of rooms for this property.
Once that is done, go to Settings -> Properties -> Rooms -> Setup to assign the number of units to that property. The number of units must be correctly assigned for pricing to flow from PriceLabs

Please note that in order to get correct Bedroom information in PriceLabs, you should have Bedrooms defined at Room level which can be done at SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> ROOMS -> SETUP -> Features
Rate Plan Offset Adjustments
We can update all Daily Prices (non-linked ones) in Beds24 for each listing. Please note that each Beds24 listing must have one Daily Price 1, which is the one displayed on your PriceLabs calendar. If you want to view the calendar for a different Daily Price, you can change the default rate plan to switch views.
When a property is imported for the first time, we set the Daily Prices 1 as the default with Update Type as "Price and Restrictions". For all other Daily Prices, the Update Type will be set to 'None' by default.
To change the default rates, go to the Rate Plan Customization screen. From there, you can review your default rate plan and specify an offset by selecting "Edit" on the Rate Plan Customization link in PriceLabs.

Please note, that even though Beds24 integration does not support a LOS (Length of Stay) adjustment via PriceLabs, you can achieve a similar effect using the aforementioned Rate plan adjustment.
