PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, weekly and monthly discounts, and check-in/check-out restrictions to GuestWisely for up to 540 days in advance.

Before You Start

• If no minimum stay is pushed from PriceLabs, GuestWisely will default to a 1-night minimum stay. 
• Any settings, including Check-in/check-out settings, must be enabled in GuestWisely. If they are not, PriceLabs will not be able to push these details.
  
• Weekly and monthly discounts must be set in PriceLabs. Any existing discounts in GuestWisely will be overwritten with each sync. Weekly and monthly pricing set in PriceLabs is only sent to GuestWisely integrated websites . Extended stay pricing is not sent through the channel manager.

Step 1: Prepare Your GuestWisely Account

1. Log in to your GuestWisely account.
2. Navigate to Account Settings on the left side.
   
   
3. Go to the API & Integrations section.
   
4. Select PriceLabs.
   .
   
5. Scroll down and copy your API Key and Token.
   
   

Step 2: Connecting GuestWisely to PriceLabs

1. Log in to your PriceLabs account.
2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
3. Under "PMS / Channel Manager," select GuestWisely from the dropdown menu.
   
   
4. Enter your API Key and Pass, then click "Connect".
5. (Optional) If you want to import GuestWisely internal names as nicknames in PriceLabs:
   • Check the box "Use GuestWisely Nicknames" 
   • Enter the Owner Token from your GuestWisely account. (Find this under API & Integrations → PriceLabs in GuestWisely.)

Step 3: Setting Up the Minimum Stay Rules

1. Once your listings are imported to PriceLabs, click Review Prices from the Pricing Dashboard. 
   
2. Click Edit in Customizations and set up your minimum stay rules.

Step 4: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

1. Follow the Getting Started guide to finish setting up your listings and sync rates. Then, head over to the Rates Management page in GuestWisely to verify updates.
   
   
2. Your PriceLabs rates will appear in GuestWisely as shown in the example below.
   
   
3. Double-check your settings in GuestWisely, ensuring that check-in, check-out, and other restrictions are enabled for PriceLabs to push them.
   

Step 5: Setting up Check-in/check-out settings and Weekly and monthly discounts (Optional)

1. These steps are optional. However, if you do wish to set them up, they have to be set up in PriceLabs. Otherwise, they will not sync properly.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

• Prices are not updating in GuestWisely: This may happen if the API key or token is incorrect. Double-check your credentials and re-enter them in PriceLabs.
• Minimum stay is not correct: If no minimum stay is pushed from PriceLabs, GuestWisely defaults to a 1-night minimum stay. Be sure to set the correct minimum stay in PriceLabs.
• Check-in/check-out rules are not syncing: PriceLabs can only push these rules if they are enabled in GuestWisely. Make sure to activate them in your GuestWisely settings.
