For most of our listings, we default to sending prices for a period of 1.5 years (540 days). However, we have observed that not many bookings are made more than 1.5 years in advance, which can make it challenging for our system to detect events.
For some OTAs/PMSes, we can extend the pricing window up to 720 days in Advance. If you would like to extend your pricing calendar beyond 1.5 years, you can submit a ticket to request this feature. Our team will be happy to help you find out how far out your pricing can be extended.
Please note: Once your calendar is extended, to manage pricing and minimum stays for events beyond 1.5 years, we recommend using
Date-Specific Overrides. You can set a minimum price for the event days to ensure that your pricing is competitive during these periods.
Even for dates outside the 1.5-year window, our regular
far-out pricing,
minimum night requirements, seasonality and day-of-the-week adjustments will still apply. This means that your listing's pricing will remain dynamic and responsive to changes in demand.
Overall, we want to make sure that your pricing strategy is optimized to maximize your revenue potential. By using the right tools and features, you can stay ahead of the competition and attract more bookings throughout the year.
