How to Integrate PriceLabs with Avaibook
PriceLabs can send prices, minimum stays and extra person fees to Avaibook for up to 540 days in advance.
Before You Start
- Listings that can be rented as a whole will be imported as single whole listings in PriceLabs.
- Listings where each room type can be rented separately (and the whole property cannot be rented as a unit) will have each room type imported as a separate listing in PriceLabs. For such room types, the first unit must always remain active in Avaibook.
- If the first unit is deleted, you will need to re-import the listing, which will create a new listing in PriceLabs.
- Since Avaibook provides prices exclusively in EURO, all listings imported into PriceLabs will have 'EURO' set as the default and only currency.
- If Minimum Stay Restrictions and Extra Person Fees are pushed from PriceLabs and later turned OFF, the previously set values will be overwritten with the property's default settings in Avaibook from the next sync onwards.
Step 1: Import Avaibook Listings into PriceLabs
- Log in to your PriceLabs account.
- Click Add/Reconnect Listings in the upper-left corner of the dashboard.
- In the pop-up window, select "Avaibook" in the PMS list.
- Click Connect with Avaibook to proceed.
Step 2: Authorize PriceLabs in Avaibook
- You will be redirected to Avaibook and asked to log in to your account if you are not yet logged in. Otherwise, proceed to step 2.
- Authorize PriceLabs to access your listings in Avaibook.
- After authorization, you will be redirected back to PriceLabs, where you can review your imported listings.
Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices
- Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
- Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
- Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
- Check your Avaibook account to verify updates
