How to Integrate PriceLabs with YieldPlanet
When successfully syncing PriceLabs can send rates and minimum stay updates to your YieldPlanet listings for dates up to 540 days from today (for more on extending your pricing calendar see our article here). Note that once connected your prices and min stay will be controlled from PriceLabs.
For PriceLabs to sync prices to YieldPlanet a min-stay must be specified for each date in PriceLabs. For more information on how to do this, please read Setting Minimum Night Requirements in Pricelabs
To connect your YieldPlanet account click the "Add/Reconnect listings" button on your PriceLabs dashboard. Simply enter your YieldPlanet username and password in the spaces provided and click "Connect" to import your listings!
Now you're all set to start reviewing prices! Be sure to check out our Getting Started Guide or join one of our live onboarding training sessions during office hours for an overview of all of our available customizations. Once listings have been added to your PriceLabs dashboard, please make sure to set a minimum stay for each listing. Once sync is turned on for your listings, a new rate plan will be created in YieldPlanet: PriceLabs Rate Plan (do not delete).

After we sync prices, please make sure you see the rates and min stay correctly on your YieldPlanet "Prices, Allotment, Restrictions" tab. See below for an example:
- Please also make sure there is a default min stay is set on PriceLabs Rate Plan (do not delete). In the example below note where the 5-night min-stay can be found on YieldPlanet
