How to Integrate PriceLabs with YieldPlanet

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to YieldPlanet for up to 540 days in advance.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:
  1. Once connected, all price and minimum stay adjustments must be made in PriceLabs.
  2. Once sync is enabled for your listings, PriceLabs Rate Plan will be created in YieldPlanet. Do not delete this rate plan.

Step 1: Prepare Your YieldPlanet Account

  1. [Optional] To activate Reservations and Portfolio Analytics, contact YieldPlanet’s support team at support@yieldplanet.com and request GetOrders activation for your account. This will allow PriceLabs to fetch your reservations data.

Step 2: Connecting YieldPlanet to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "YieldPlanet" from the dropdown.
  4. Enter your YieldPlanet Username and Password, then click Connect



  5. Once connected, your YieldPlanet listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 3: Setup Your Minimum Stay

Minimum stay restrictions must be set in PriceLabs to ensure a successful sync.
  1. In the Review Prices page, click Edit on the Customizations panel.
  2. Click "Stay Restrictions" and select either Minimum Stay Settings or Check In - Check Out.
  3. Set up your preferred rule. Please follow this guide on Setting Dynamic Minimum Stay Restrictions in PriceLabs.

Step 4: Complete Setup in YieldPlanet

  1. Log in to your YieldPlanet account
  2. Navigate to the Price Optimizer → Configuration → Prices → Rate Plans and locate the PriceLabs Rate Plan (do not delete) then click Edit



  3. Set a default minimum stay on the Length of Stay (days) field

Step 4: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your YieldPlanet account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates and minimum stay requirements will appear under the Prices, Allotment, Restrictions tab as shown below
