How to Integrate PriceLabs with Uplisting

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions to Uplisting for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your Uplisting Account

  1. Log in to your Uplisting account.
  2. Ensure the address fields are completely filled out for all of your listings
    1. Navigate to Direct → Individual Listings then access your listing
    2. Go to Details → Address then ensure that all of the address fields are completely filled out, including the latitude and longitude



    3. If the coordinates are missing, check this guide on how to fetch your listing's coordinates
    4. Do the same for all listings you wish to import to PriceLabs
  3. Navigate to Automate → Dynamic Pricing Sync Settings, then turn OFF Dynamic Pricing
  4. Navigate to Settings → Connect → PriceLabs, then copy your Uplisting API Key




Step 2: Connecting Uplisting to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Uplisting from the dropdown.
  4. Enter your Uplisting API Key then click Connect



  5. Once connected, your Uplisting listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Uplisting account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates and minimum stay requirements will appear on your Uplisting calendar as shown below

Troubleshooting Common Issues

PriceLabs Rates Not Syncing from Uplisting to Airbnb

Ensure that dynamic price syncing is disabled in Uplisting. Navigate to Automate → Dynamic Pricing Sync Settings, then turn OFF Dynamic Pricing

PriceLabs Rates Are Overwritten in Uplisting

Ensure that dynamic price syncing is disabled in Uplisting. Navigate to Automate → Dynamic Pricing Sync Settings, then turn OFF Dynamic Pricing
