How to Integrate PriceLabs with Uplisting

When successfully syncing with Uplisting, PriceLabs can send rates and minimum stay updates for 540 days from today (see our article here on extending your pricing calendar). 

Connecting to Uplisting

Step 1. Before connecting your Uplisting account to PriceLabs, please make sure that all of the address fields are completely filled out for all of your listings. It is best to do this manually to ensure the correct location is sent to PriceLabs when the connection is made. Should you need to adjust the latitude and longitude for your listing, instructions on how to do that in Uplisting are here. For help on finding the lat-long of a location, see our article here. 


Step 2. You will also need to turn off dynamic pricing in Uplisting if that is being used for your account, you can do that here.

Step 3. When you've done the above and are ready to connect you can find your Partner API key on the Connect > API screen in Uplisting https://app.uplisting.io/connect/api


Step 4. Click to copy the key then head to your PriceLabs account and click the "Add/Reconnect listings" button on your dashboard. Select Uplisting from the drop down menu, paste in your API key, and click "Connect"


That's it! You should now see your Uplisting listings on your PriceLabs dashboard. Head over to our Getting Started Guide or join one of our live onboarding training sessions during office hours to get a good overview of the system, and start reviewing prices. When you're happy with the rates on your calendar you can toggle the sync switches on for your listings and press the Sync Now button (at the account, group or listing level) or wait for our regular nightly sync.

Once a sync happens, you'll be able to see your PriceLabs rates and minimum length of stay on your Uplisting calendar.
