Transitioning between PMS
Do you have an existing PriceLabs account but are switching property management systems (PMS's)? Or maybe you connected PriceLabs with Airbnb/Vrbo, but now you've started using a PMS?
Please follow these steps below to transition accounts seamlessly:
Step 1. Find the integration instructions for your new PMS on our
Integrations page & follow them to import your new listings to PriceLabs. This step will add listings from your new PMS & you'll still have listings from your old PMS.
Step 2. Copy settings (base/min/max, date level adjustments, customization) from the listings in old PMS to the corresponding listing in new PMS by mapping the old and new listings with each other. See our
article on mapping listings for the instructions to map and more information on this. Then review prices for your new listings and make sure they are similar to the old listings (you can use the multicalendar to do this quickly).

- Please make the old PMS as your parent listing, and new PMS will be the child listing. This will ensure all your settings from parent (Old PMS) are copied over to the child (New PMS). For this, please click on "MAP"
button on the pricing dashboard page.
- If you have any account level customizations on your old PMS, they should be transferred manually to your new PMS.
- If you have tags and groups assigned to your old PMS listings, you need to assign tags and groups to your new PMS listings manually.
Step 3. Turn ON sync for the new listings. Click the “Sync now!” button (at listing level or at account level) and after a few minutes check your new PMS' calendar to see if your PriceLabs rates appear there.
Step 4. If prices in the new PMS look good, turn sync off for listings from the old PMS. The new system should send the prices we update to all the channels from then on.
Step 5. You can now remove the listings from old PMS. For that:
- First switch OFF the 'sync prices' toggle.
- Then 'Unmap' them using the steps mentioned here.
- Once unmapped, you can now remove the old listings from your account. Please follow the steps here: How to Remove listing(s) from Your Dashboard

Billing after transitioning : Since we count for unique listings, synced during a billing period, your invoice will likely have double the listing count. When you get your invoice, please email us & we'll amend it to only reflect the listings from one system.

If your PMS is not connected to Airbnb & you want to continue using PriceLabs to update rates/stay for your Airbnb listing. You will want to keep these listings connected. Do not turn off the sync in this case.
