Table View for Customizations

Table View for Customizations

Managing customizations at the account, group, or listing level works best when you understand how the hierarchy of these settings operates. As the number of listings grows, it can be harder to track which customizations are active. The Table View makes this process easier and more organized.

What is Table View?

The Table View helps you manage customizations across accounts, groups, and listings in a clear and concise way. This feature allows you to see your customizations in a single page.

Why Use Table View?

  • Clear Overview: Shows all active and non-active customizations in one place.

  • Visual Indicators: Uses color-coded symbols to show the status of each customization.

  • Quick Edits: Allows you to change customizations directly from the view.

How to Use Table View

  1. Open Table View:

    • Go to Dynamic Pricing > Customizations.

    • Click on Table View in the top-right corner.

  2. Pick a Level:

    1. Choose whether you want to view settings for Account, Group, or Listing.

    2. Scroll down to find the Account, Group, or Listing you want to view the customizations. If you find a circle icon with a check, this means that specific customizations are set for that level.

  3. Understand the Symbols:
    1. Green Circle: Customization is active and applied to a listing

    2. Grey Circle: Customization is not applied, often because a group or listing-level setting is overriding it.

  4. See More Details:

    • Hover your mouse over the circles to view more information about the customization.

  5. Listing Level Customization:

    1. When viewing Listings in the Table View, you may see gray check icons that has a parenthesis below it. It can say Group Level or Account Level. This simply indicates that the customization being applied is the one set in either the Group Level or Account Level. You can hover your mouse to view the details of the customization.
