How to connect PriceLabs to NewBook

How to Integrate PriceLabs with NewBook

When successfully syncing with NewBook, PriceLabs can send rates, minimum stay requirements and extra person fee for dates up to 540 days from today (for more on extending your pricing calendar see our article here).

To connect PriceLabs to NewBook you will first need to create an account with PriceLabs -- if you don't already have one, that can be done here -- then contact to request a new connection to PriceLabs. NewBook support will send you the credentials needed to connect to PriceLabs, and instructions on how to complete the PriceLabs connection within NewBook.

Mapping the PriceLabs connection in NewBook

Step 1. Head to 3rd Party Booking Channels in NewBook and click on the PriceLabs Channel

Step 2. Then click to ‘Enable 2 Way’ for the status and add in the ‘RoomCode’ and ‘Rate Codes’ you wish to connect to PriceLabs

Once your room and rate code assignments are saved, the connection to PriceLabs will be fully enabled. After a sync happens from PriceLabs, your PriceLabs daily rates will start overriding the specific Room Codes that have been mapped in the integration. These overrides will appear in bold text on the Rates Chart – this is an easy way to identify if pricing has been overridden.

Importing NewBook listings into PriceLabs

Once you've gotten you NewBook credentials and completed the mapping steps above, you can head to your PriceLabs dashboard and click the "Add your listings" button. Select NewBook from the dropdown then paste your credentials into the appropriate fields, click "Connect", and you should see your NewBook listings appear on your PriceLabs dashboard!

Check out our Getting Started Guide for some basics, or join one of our Live Training Sessions to learn about all of the available customizations. When you're satisfied with your pricing, you can toggle on the sync switches for your listings and your rates will get sent to NewBook during our regular nightly sync, or you can click any of the "Sync Now!" buttons to update rates immediately. Once a successful sync happens, you can check your rates and minimum stay requirements on your NewBook Tariffs Chart

You can view each day's rate on the chart -- notice the dynamic rates in bold -- and hover over that rate to see the min-stay pushed for that date.
