How to Integrate PriceLabs with Lavanda

PriceLabs can send dynamic rates and minimum stay requirements to Lavanda for up to 540 days in advance.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:

  • You must request an API key from Lavanda support before connecting.
  • Lavanda requires minimum stay settings to be sent from PriceLabs, so ensure these are configured before syncing.

Step 1: Obtain Your API Key from Lavanda

  1. Contact Lavanda customer support at info@getlavanda.com.
    1. Request an API key for connecting PriceLabs.
    2. Wait for Lavanda to send your API key via email.

Step 2: Connecting Lavanda to PriceLabs

  1. Log into your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click “+ Add/Reconnect Listings”.
  3. Select Lavanda from the dropdown list.
  4. Paste the API key provided by Lavanda.
  5. Click "Connect".

Once connected, your Lavanda listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 3: Set up Minimum Stay Restriction

  1. Minimum stay restrictions, must be set in PriceLabs, as this is required for sync to be successful.
Steps:
  1. In Review Prices, click Edit on the Customizations panel.
  2. Click "Stay Restrictions" and select either Minimum Stay Settings.
  3. Set up your preferred rule.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Lavanda account to verify updates

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Booking.com Monthly View When Connected Through Lavanda

When a Booking.com listing is connected to any API partner—including RMS or PMS platforms—the monthly calendar view in Booking.com becomes unavailable. Users will only be able to access the list view and yearly view of the calendar. This is expected behavior on Booking.com’s side and applies universally to listings integrated via API. More details here.
