How to Integrate PriceLabs with Woodoo

When actively syncing with Woodoo, PriceLabs can send dynamic prices, minimum stay, check-in and check-out restrictions to your listings for dates up to 540 days from today (for more on extending your pricing calendar see our article here)

Steps to import your Woodoo property

In order to connect with Woodoo, you would require the following 3 mandatory information.

1. Woodoo Hotel ID
   
2. API key
   
3. Lisiting Import currency

In the following steps, we will guide you on how to obtain the above 3 inputs.

Step 1: Log into Woodoo & click on your Profile

Step 2: Click on Administration => Properties, note down the Hotel ID. Also note the Latitude & Longitude as shown below for future reference.

Navigate to the below screen under 'Wired API' menu and copy the token as pointed out in the screenshot. This will be your API key.

Also, note the currency under Information tab as shown below:

Before proceeding to import your listings in PriceLabs, kindly make sure that 'Default Availability' has been set for each room type. This can be verified and updated as shown in the screenshot below, under 'RATES' menu. Click on the edit button and update the Default Availability as shown. Click on Save.

Please be aware that as we do not obtain currency data for your listings from Woodoo APIs, the currency specified in the import model should align with the currency used in the rate plans for your Woodoo listings. If you need to change the currency in PriceLabs, kindly re-import using the new currency.

We are going to use the above Hotel ID, Latitude/longitude and currency to import your Woodoo listings in PriceLabs.

Step 3: Log in to your PriceLabs account, click on the "Add your listings" button on your PriceLabs dashboard, select 'Woodoo' from the drop-down menu.

Enter Hotel ID, & API key in the respective boxes, select the currency as per the currency in step 2 and click on 'Connect'.

Step 4: Updating listing locations in PriceLabs

As we do not receive your listing location from the Woodoo API, we kindly ask you to visit the 'Manage Listings' section in your PriceLabs account and ensure that the location details (latitude/longitude) for your listings are updated before reviewing prices.

Kindly refer to this help article to update your listing location using the latitude and longitude obtained in Step 2.

Now you should be able to review your listings in PriceLabs. Kindly note that each room type will be imported in PriceLabs as a listing, so that you can review each room type individually. Furthermore, you will be able to sync prices and restrictions for each room type individually.

Rate Plan Customization

The PriceLabs calendar will, by default, show rates for WuBook Parity Rate. If you wish to see rate calendar for other rate plans, you can do so by going to Rate Plan Customization:

Click on 'Edit' against as shown:

You can toggle between the available rate plans to change the default rate plan and also define offset for other rate plans, if required, click on Save Rate Plans
