How to Integrate PriceLabs with PropertyStack

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay restriction to PropertyStack for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting PropertyStack to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "PropertyStack" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow PropertyStack to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in PropertyStack

  1. Log in to your PropertyStack account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Pricing
  3. Locate PriceLabs and click Connect
  4. Enter your registered PriceLabs email address and click Save



  5. On the PriceLabs panel, click on Edit to see the list of properties, click on 'Connect' for each property you wish to sync with PriceLabs



  6. Once connected, your PropertyStack listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: [Optional] Upload Reservations to PriceLabs

If you're switching your PMS to PropertyStack and want your previous reservations to be factored into PriceLabs, please use our CSV upload feature to import those reservations.

Step 4: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your PropertyStack account to verify updates
