How to Integrate PriceLabs with Jurny

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Jurny for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Jurny to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Jurny from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Jurny to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2: Connect & Setup in Jurny

  1. Log in to your Jurny account
  2. Enable PriceLabs in Jurny:
    1. Navigate to Smart Pricing → PriceLabs



    2. Click the "Add PriceLabs account" button



    3. Enter your registered PriceLabs email address in the User Token field



    4. [Optional] Enter your PriceLabs API Key in the CUSTOMER API KEY field if you wish to manage base, minimum, and maximum prices directly in Jurny. Click here for steps to fetch your PriceLabs API Key
      1. We charge $1/listing/month for all listings syncing during a billing month for API Usage.
    5. Click "Save Changes"
  3. Enable Smart Pricing for all listings you wish to sync with PriceLabs
    1. Navigate to Settings → Listings



    2. Access your listing and go to the Rental Rates tab



    3. Locate Smart Pricing and click on Edit



    4. A small window will appear under that section → Click "Turn on Smart Pricing" (the bar will turn black, indicating it is enabled) → Click "Save & Assign."





    5. Repeat steps a to d for all listings you wish to sync with PriceLabs

  4. Once connected, your Jurny listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
    1. If you’ve connected Jurny for the first time, listings may take up to 2 hours to appear in PriceLabs.
  4. Check your Jurny account to verify updates
