How to Integrate PriceLabs with Innkeeper's Advantage

PriceLabs can send daily rates to Innkeeper's Advantage for up to 365 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your Innkeeper's Advantage Account

  1. Reach out to Innkeeper's Advantage or submit a request here to obtain your Innkeeper's Advantage Hotel ID
  2. Once you have your Hotel ID, proceed with next steps

Step 2: Connecting Innkeeper's Advantage to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.

  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Innkeeper's Advantage from the dropdown.
  4. Enter your Innkeeper's Advantage Hotel ID on the Hotel ID field
  5. Select your listing's currency then click Connect
    1. Ensure to select the correct currency matching your property's rates as Innkeeper's Advantage APIs do not provide currency data



  6. Once connected, your Innkeeper's Advantage listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Update Listing Location in PriceLabs


Innkeeper's Advantage API does not provide listing locations during import. Follow these steps to update them:
  1. Navigate to the Dynamic Pricing > Manage Listings
  2. Click on the "pencil" icon under the Location column
  3. Disable the toggle for Allow PMS to import



  4. Move the marker on the map to the spot where you want your property to be, and the latitude and longitude of your property should change OR you can use the coordinates (latitude and longitude from Google Maps)
  5. Once done, click "Update Location"

Step 4: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Innkeeper's Advantage account to verify updates
