How to Integrate PriceLabs with Innkeeper's Advantage

When actively syncing with Innkeeper's Advantage, PriceLabs can send dynamic prices to your listings for dates up to 365 days from today.

Steps to import your Innkeeper's Advantage listings in PriceLabs

In order to connect with PriceLabs, you would require your Hotel ID which is a code provided by Innkeeper's Advantage for your property. Kindly reach out to your PMS contact or submit a request on this link to get help regarding your Hotel ID which can be used to connect with PriceLabs.

Once you have your Hotel ID handy, log in to your PriceLabs account, click on the "Add your listings" button on your PriceLabs dashboard, select 'Innkeepers Advantage' from the drop-down menu.

Enter Hotel ID in the provided text box and select the currency for the rates for your property. Then, click on 'Connect'.

Please be aware that as we do not obtain currency data for your listings from Innkeeper's Advantage APIs, the currency specified in the import model should align with the currency used in the rates for your property. If you need to change the currency in PriceLabs, kindly re-import using the new currency.

Step 2: Updating listing locations in PriceLabs

As we do not receive your listing location from the Innkeeper's Advantage API, we kindly ask you to visit the 'Manage Listings' section in your PriceLabs account and ensure that the location details (latitude/longitude) for your listings are updated before reviewing prices.

Now you should be able to review your listings in PriceLabs. Kindly note that each room type will be imported in PriceLabs as a listing, so that you can review each room type individually. Furthermore, you will be able to sync prices and restrictions for each room type individually.
