How to Integrate PriceLabs with IdoBooking

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions to IdoBooking for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting IdoBooking to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose IdoBooking from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow IdoBooking to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2: Connect & Setup in IdoBooking

  1. Log in to your IdoBooking account
  2. Navigate to Administration → Marketplace



  3. Go to the Dynamic Pricing tab and click on PriceLabs



  4. Under the Account settings tab
    1. Enable the integration toggle
    2. Enter your registered PriceLabs email address
    3. Then click Save changes

      If the Integration toggle is not visible, reach out to IdoBooking at sales@idobooking.com and they will enable the connection for you.

  5. Under the Accommodations tab, turn on the Synchronize toggle for all listings you wish to import to PriceLabs


  6. Once connected, your IdoBooking listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your IdoBooking account to verify updates
