How to Integrate PriceLabs with Amenitiz

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay and check in/out restrictions to Amenitiz for up to 720 days in advance.

Before You Start

  1. Amenitiz may not be able to send your bedroom count information. This needs to be updated in PriceLabs following How to Edit the Listing Bedroom Count?

Step 1: Connecting Amenitiz to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Amenitiz from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Amenitiz to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.


Step 2: Connect & Setup in Amenitiz

  1. Access the Marketplace
    1. Log in to your Amenitiz platform.
    2. Go to Marketplace.
    3. Scroll down to Discover all apps.
    4. Find and select PriceLabs. You will see the PriceLabs app page with the option to activate the integration.                           
  2. Start the activation process
    1. Click Activate. A pop-up window will appear explaining that you need a PriceLabs account. 
    2. If you do not have an account, click Go to PriceLabs website and create one. 
    3. Follow steps as mentioned in Step 1 and then continue set up in Amenitiz.
  3. Enter your PriceLabs email
    1. Enter the email address you use to log in to your PriceLabs account in the User Token (Email) field.
    2. Click Activate to confirm.
    3. Amenitiz will now connect your property with your PriceLabs account.
  4. Confirm the connection
    1. Once successfully connected, the Activate button will change to Deactivate.     
    2. You will see a Connected account section displaying the email used for the integration.
    3. A confirmation message will appear indicating that the information has been successfully updated.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Update the listing's bedroom count in PriceLabs following How to Edit the Listing Bedroom Count?
  2. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  3. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  4. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  5. Check your Amenitiz account to verify updates.
