How to Integrate PriceLabs with Houfy

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions to Houfy for up to 540 days in advance.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:
  1. Existing last-minute, weekly, and monthly discounts in Houfy will still apply after connecting to PriceLabs. However, all seasonal and calendar rates will be overwritten with each PriceLabs update.

Step 1: Prepare Your Houfy Account

  1. Log in to your Houfy account.
  2. Ensure your Houfy listings are 100% complete before importing.
    1. Listings that are missing an overview or unverified will not be imported.
  3. Navigate to Settings. Locate API Access Token, click "Show", then copy your API Key



Step 2: Connecting Houfy to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "Airbnb/Houfy/Vrbo" and choose Houfy from the dropdown.
  4. Enter your Houfy API Access Token on the Access Token field then click Connect



  5. Once connected, your Airbnb listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Houfy account to verify updates:
    1. Your PriceLabs rates and minimum stay requirements will appear on the individual listing calendar in Houfy as shown below:


Additional Setup Options/Features Supported

Syncing PriceLabs with other channels e.g. Airbnb and Vrbo

If you're connecting Houfy and other channels, like Vrbo and Airbnb to PriceLabs, calendars won't sync between them. To block booked dates across platforms, set up an iCal connection between Vrbo and Airbnb. Check our blog for a step-by-step guide.

Mapping Listings

To avoid double billing, map your listings across channels by following our mapping guide. If you're using PriceLabs' estimated base price, set a base price for the parent listing, as estimated prices don’t transfer to child listings.

Pricing Offset

Once mapped, use the pricing offset to adjust for commission differences. Set your pricing offset customization and check-in/out restrictions for Houfy at the account level from the Customizations Page to apply the settings to all listings at once.
