How to connect PriceLabs to Virtual Resort Manager

How to Integrate PriceLabs with Virtual Resort Manager

Before connecting please note for PriceLabs to sync prices to Virtual Resort Manager (VRM), each listing must have initial pricing set up in VRM. When successfully syncing with VRM, PriceLabs can send rates and min-stays, along with check-in restrictions, to your listings for 540 days from today (see our article here on extending your pricing calendar).
A base price and a minimum stay requirement must be sent from PriceLabs to VRM or sync will fail. For more information on how to do this, please read Setting Minimum Night Requirements in PriceLabs
Step 1. To import your listings from VRM first obtain your Client Code from VRM's Main menu as shown here

Assign all the properties you want to import to PriceLabs in VRM. This can be done under Channel Management > Vacation Bridge > Price Labs > Assign Properties.”
Note: Inactive properties will not appear on this list.

Select the properties and Click on Add:

Step 2. Then head over to your PriceLabs dashboard and click the "Add/Reconnect listings" button. Select VRM from the dropdown and enter your Client Code in the space provided
Step 3. Before syncing prices you must set both a base price and default min-stay settings in PriceLabs. You can also setup advanced min-stay settings, or date specific min-stay settings - the instructions can be found on the link above. PriceLabs will estimate a base price for your listings when they're first imported, but you must confirm that number in the base price field for your listing in order to sync continuously to VRM, or enter a base price of your own! If you need help picking a base price for your property, you can use our base price helper tool!

Once there has been a successful sync, you can verify that PriceLabs has successfully sent prices to VRM by going to VRM's "Rate Module" and clicking the correct Rate Group and then viewing the rates, see the two screenshots below that guide you to find your rates.

To verify min-stays you will have to open the "Manage Properties" module, choose the appropriate property from the list to "Manage Attributes", and select the "Min Days/Turn Days" tab. The two screenshots below guide you to find your min-stays.

That's it, you're good to go! Be sure to check out our Getting Started guide or join one of our live onboarding training sessions during office hours to get a good overview of the system and the available customizations.
