How to Integrate PriceLabs with Hostify

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, check-in/check-out restrictions, and weekly/monthly discounts to Hostify listings for dates up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your Hostify Account

1. Log in to your Hostify account.
   
2. Navigate to Apps → Revenue & Accounting, then click on PriceLabs
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. On the next page, copy your API Key
   
   
   
   

Step 2: Connecting Hostify to PriceLabs

1. Log into PriceLabs.
2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Hostify from the dropdown.
   
4. Enter your Hostify API Key on the API Key field then click Connect
   
   
   
   
   
5. Once connected, your Hostify listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard
   
   

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
   
1. It can take up to 4 hours after a successful sync from PriceLabs to fully reflect rates and minimum stay requirements on your Hostify calendar.
4. Check your Hostify account to verify updates
   
1. Your PriceLabs rates and minimum stay requirements will appear in Hostify as shown below:

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Booking.com Monthly View

When a Booking.com listing is connected to any API partner—including RMS or PMS platforms—the monthly calendar view in Booking.com becomes unavailable. Users will only be able to access the list view and yearly view of the calendar. This is expected behavior on Booking.com’s side and applies universally to listings integrated via API. More details here.
