How to Integrate PriceLabs with Hostfully

While actively syncing PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in and -out restrictions to Hostfully listings for dates up to 540 days from today (for more on extending your pricing calendar see our article here). This easy integration allows Hostfully users to import their properties to PriceLabs and see the recommended prices almost instantaneously.

Important note: Once the PriceLabs connection is activated on Hostfully, you will no longer be able to adjust daily rates or push pricing directly from the Hostfully platform. To make any pricing changes, you must first begin synchronizing rates and control them only through PriceLabs .

Follow these steps to integrate your two accounts: 

Step 1. Log in to your Hostfully account, click the drop-down arrow by your name, click Integrations, toggle the switch for PriceLabs to ON and click Settings.

Step 2. Enable the PriceLabs switch for the individual listings that you wish to connect to PriceLabs. Please turn on the toggle only for listings you wish to sync with PriceLabs. Leave the listings you do not wish to sync turned off so you can still edit the prices in Hostfully.

Step 3. Then, go to the property using the same drop-down arrow, click Properties, and the property name.

Step 4. Make sure you have set the Nightly Base Price and address for each listing in Hostfully.

Step 5. Log into PriceLabs and click on the" Add your listings" or  "Add/Reconnect listings" button, select Hostfully, then click "Connect to Hostfully".

Step 6. You will now need to authorize PriceLabs to access your Hostfully account. Kindly click on 'Allow'.

You should now see your Hostfully listings on your PriceLabs dashboard. Be sure to take a look at our Getting Started Guide and our overview of the pricing calendar. Once you've gone through those and set your first round of customizations, you can click Sync Now! to push prices to your Hosfully account or wait for the system to sync automatically overnight. 

Notes:

1. If you get an error when trying to sync, please check back to Steps 1 and 2, and try to turn the toggle off and then on again. But, if the error persists, please feel free to reach out to us at support@pricelabs.co.
2. The steps above only allows you to view the Portfolio Analytics for the listings that are syncing with PriceLabs. If you have other listings not syncing that you wish to see in Portfolio Analytics as well, you can head back to Steps 1 and 2, and then tick the box Grant data read-access to PriceLabs for all properties.
