How to Integrate PriceLabs with elina

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to elina for up to 365 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your elina Account

  1. Log in to your elina account.
  2. Ensure daily rates are set within elina for the next 365 days.
  3. Ensure all your property types have GEO location entered in elina. For more details see the elina PMS article here.
  4. Email the elina Support Team at elinacares@elinapms.com to request a connection to PriceLabs
    1. The Team will create a username and password, and share these with you, along with your subdomain.
    2. Once you receive your username, password, and subdomain from the elina PMS concierge team, proceed with the steps below.

Step 2: Connecting Airbnb to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Elina PMS from the dropdown.



  4. Enter your elina username, password, and subdomain then click "Connect"
  5. Once connected, your elina listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your elina account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear under your the Rates List or the Rates Calendar in elina as shown below:

      Rates List: Elina → Revenue → Rates & Restrictions → View Rates List → Select the relevant Area and Accommodation Type to view specific results, or select All Areas and Types to see the full portfolio price list.




      Note: Once rates and restrictions are updated in Elina by PriceLabs, the changes will appear with the creator listed as "System"... This is only shown on rates list.

      Rates Calendar: Elina → Revenue → Rates & Restrictions → View Rates Calendar → Select the relevant Area and Accommodation Type to view specific results, or simply click Search to display the full portfolios calendar grid.
