How to connect PriceLabs to CiiRUS

How to Integrate PriceLabs with CiiRUS

When successfully syncing with CiiRUS, PriceLabs can send dynamic rates and minimum stay requirements for your listings for dates up to 540 days from today (see our article here on extending your pricing calendar beyond that point)It only takes few minutes to connect your CiiRUS account to PriceLabs, we have detailed the steps for connecting your CiiRUS listings with PriceLabs below.

Connecting to CiiRUS

Before connecting, make sure each listing in CiiRUS has a unique rate set that has dates in place going out to at least three years from today or longer and  then, you will need to reach out to CiiRUS Technical support to let them know that you want to connect your CiiRUS properties with PriceLabs. You can reach out to CiiRUS support team or create a ticket here.
If you need to create a new rate set for each property, it's best that it has a single date band that covers all days at least three years from today (if not longer), with your high-season rate and minimum stay requirement, but no floor rate.

Step 1. When you've heard from CiiRUS support that your account is ready to be connected to PriceLabs, log into CiiRUS and go to "Connections" and under "Inventory Share" select "Agent Properties".

Step 2. Go to the top of the screen and select the "Configure properties for your agents" tab then select the agent "PriceLabs" from the drop-down menu.

Step 3. After PriceLabs is selected as the agent you will need to "select Property".

Step 4. Check that you have the correct rate set and description assigned then tick the check box for "Enable Property" to enable them. Also, make sure that the "Use Nightly Floor Rates" switch is unchecked (not selected)

Step 5. Now go to PriceLabs and click the "Add your listings" button (if you don't have any listings yet) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you have listings on your PriceLabs account already) on your PriceLabs dashboard, select "PMS / Channel Manager" and search for CiiRUS from the drop-down. Enter your CiiRUS ID (you can find your CiRUSS ID near your Account name; see picture below). Click "Connect" and all of your enabled CiiRUS listings will be imported to PriceLabs.

Resolving Missing Rate Band Issues

If you are seeing notifications that rate bands are missing for your CiiRUS listings, you will need to add a date band with a daily rate that covers at least two years and a minimum stay requirement of at least 1 night. This is done by editing the rate set for each property and adding on additional bands at the end of the current rate set. If you are an existing PriceLabs customer, you can add additional date bands to your existing PriceLabs rate set for each property.

If the property getting the error already has date bands that cover dates beyond two years, check to make sure the rate set for that property has a unique name. When syncing to PriceLabs all CiiRUS listings must have unique rate set names.

Once additional date bands have been added to your properties in CiiRUS, or rate sets have been renamed, you can return to PriceLabs and manually sync your account using the "Sync Now" button on the Customizations Page.

If adding additional date bands does not resolve the error, please submit a support ticket using the button below.

No Rate Rows Returned

If you are seeing a notification saying "No rate rows returned" when trying to review prices for a new CiiRUS listing in PriceLabs, you will need to check that date bands and nightly rates and a minimum stay requirement of at least 1 have been added to the rate set for that property in CiiRUS. If no date bands exist for that rate set, please add date bands with nightly rates that cover dates beyond two years and a minimum stay requirement of at least 1 night. Once that has been done, return to PriceLabs and attempt to review prices again for that listing.
