How to Integrate PriceLabs with Gried

PriceLabs can send Daily Rates, Minimum Stay, Check In/Out, Weekly/Monthly discounts, Extra Person Fee and Length of Stay Pricing (premium/discount percentages) to Gried for the next 720 days at a time, starting from the day of activation.

Before You Start

  1. Multiple Rate Plans can be pushed to PriceLabs.
  2. Weekly and Monthly Discounts are given preference over Length of Stay Pricing discount in Gried. 

Step 1: Connecting Gried to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Gried" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Gried to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save. 

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Gried

  1. Connect PriceLabs in your Gried Dashboard. Click on the Connect button.   

  2. On the next screen, add your PriceLabs Account Email and click on Connect. 

  3. Your property should now be connected. To enable the Rates and Calendar push to PriceLabs for a particular property, click on "Publish" button next to the property.
     

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Gried account to verify updates
