How to Remove a Listing from Your PriceLabs Dashboard

How to delete listings from PriceLabs?








Before proceeding to hide/delete your listing(s), please make sure to turn off the Sync Prices switch first.


How to HIDE a Listing from your Dashboard

If the listing is still available but is currently snoozed or temporarily unavailable, you can hide it to prevent it from showing up on your Dashboard.

  1. Navigate to Dynamic Pricing > Manage Listings
  2. Look for the listing you want to hide then click the "Eye" button () under the Action column and make sure that it becomes greyed out.

Hide listings in bulk

  1. Navigate to Dynamic Pricing > Manage Listings
  2. Tick the checkbox of the listings you want to hide
  3. Click "Hide" from the options that would appear below.

To show hidden listings, just click on the "Eye" button () again until it turns black.

How to DELETE a listing

If the listing is no longer available in the market, you can delete them from your account.
  1. Navigate to Dynamic Pricing > Manage Listings
  2. If your listings are mapped, go to Mapped Listings otherwise you should be able to see your listing under Unmapped Listings.
  3. Click the delete () button on the listing you wish to delete then confirm deleting the listing.


Deleting listings in bulk

  1. Navigate to Dynamic Pricing > Manage Listings
  2. If your listings are mapped, go to Mapped Listings otherwise you should be able to see your listing under Unmapped Listings.
  3. Tick the checkbox of the listing(s) you want to delete
  4. Click "Delete" from the options below then confirm deleting the listing


Notes:
  1. Deleting parent listings will unmap child listing automatically and be moved to the Unmapped Listings section.
  2. If you want to add previously deleted listings to your account again, please re-import the listings using "Add/Reconnect your listings" button and the listings will get imported again.
