How to delete listings from PriceLabs?
Pre-requisite
Before deleting or hiding any listings, ensure that the Sync Prices toggle is turned off.
How to HIDE a Listing from Your Dashboard
Hiding a listing is useful if the listing is temporarily unavailable or snoozed but still exists in your account.
- Navigate to Dynamic Pricing > Manage Listings
- Locate the listing you want to hide.
- Click the "Eye" button (
) under the Action column and ensure it becomes greyed out.
Hide listings in bulk
- Navigate to Dynamic Pricing > Manage Listings
- Select the checkboxes for the listings you want to hide.
- Click "Hide" from the options at the bottom of the screen.
Unhide Listings
To unhide hidden listings, just click on the "Eye" button (
) again until it turns black.
How to DELETE a listing
If a listing is permanently unavailable, you can delete it from your account.
- Navigate to Dynamic Pricing > Manage Listings
- If the listings are mapped, go to the Mapped Listings section. For unmapped listings, find the listing under Unmapped Listings.
- Click the "Delete" (
) icon next to the listing and confirm the deletion.
Delete Listings in bulk
- Navigate to Dynamic Pricing > Manage Listings
- If the listings are mapped, go to the Mapped Listings section. For unmapped listings, find them under Unmapped Listings.
- Select the checkboxes for the listing(s) you want to delete.
- Click "Delete" from the options at the bottom and confirm the deletion.
Notes
- Deleting parent listings automatically unmaps child listings, moving them to the Unmapped Listings section.
- To restore deleted listings, re-import them by using the Add/Reconnect Your Listings button.
