How to Integrate PriceLabs with BedLoop

When successfully syncing rates to BedLoop listings, PriceLabs can update daily rates along with minimum stay requirements and check-in and check-out restrictions for dates up to 540 days from today (see our article here on extending your pricing calendar beyond that point).

Importing BedLoop listings in PriceLabs: 

Step 1 : Create a PriceLabs account and Add your listings

Once in your PriceLabs account, click on the upper left gray button “+ Add/Reconnect listings”

A popup window will appear and offer you to choose your PMS within the list. Search for “BedLoop”. Then be sure to check “Allow BedLoop to add listings to your PriceLabs account”. Then click Save

Step 2: Connect & setup in BedLoop:

To set up Pricelabs seamlessly, kindly BedLoop support team expressing your interest in the integration. Also, share your registered PriceLabs email ID with BedLoop support.

Upon receiving your request, BedLoop support will promptly connect and automatically sync your listings with PriceLabs. You may contact BedLoop support for any assistance.

Once a sync happens, you'll be able to see your PriceLabs rates and minimum length of stay on your BedLoop rate editor calendar. 

Once your listings are imported, head over to our Getting Started Guide or join one of our Intro to PriceLabs Live Training Sessions to get a good overview of the system, and start reviewing prices. Once you're satisfied with your rates you can turn the Sync Prices on and wait for our regular nightly sync or use the "Sync Now" button to push prices immediately.
