How to connect PriceLabs to Guesty for Hosts

How to Integrate PriceLabs with Guesty for Hosts (formerly YourPorter App)

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Guesty for Hosts for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your Guesty for Hosts Account

  1. Log in to your Guesty for Hosts account.
  2. Navigate to Menu → Airbnb and ensure that your listings are on Guesty for Host's Native connection to Airbnb as shown below.



  3. Navigate to Menu → Smart Pricing



  4. Click on PriceLabs, turn the PriceLabs Connection toggle, then copy your API key


    Warning
    Your API key will change each time you deactivate and reactivate this toggle, causing sync issues between PriceLabs and Guesty for Hosts. To avoid disruptions, keep your PriceLabs connection active at all times.

    Step 2: Connecting Guesty for Hosts to PriceLabs

    1. Log into PriceLabs.
    2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
    3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Guesty for Hosts from the dropdown.
    4. Paste your API Key on the Auth Token field.
    5. [Optional] Tick the box to "Use Guesty for Hosts (YourPorter) Nicknames" to import your Guesty for Hosts (YourPorter) nickname for your listings.
    6. Click Connect.



    7. Once connected, your Guesty for Hosts listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

    Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

    1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
    2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
    3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
    4. Check your Guesty for Hosts account to verify updates
      1. Your PriceLabs rates and minimum stay requirements will appear on the Guesty for Hosts Calendar under Pricing View as shown below:


    Troubleshooting Common Issues

    Pricing Not Updating Correctly on Channels

    If pricing isn't updating correctly on channels connected to Guesty for Hosts, follow these steps:

    1. Check if the issue occurs only on days with heavily discounted rates from PriceLabs.
    2. If yes, adjust the minimum price allowed on the affected channel.
    3. Return to PriceLabs and click "Sync Now" to resend rates.
    If the issue persists, submit a support ticket for further assistance.

    Guesty for Hosts Unavailable Error 

    If your listing fails to sync due to an Unavailable error, follow these steps:

    1. Log into your Guesty for Hosts account.
    2. Navigate to Menu → Airbnb → Listings → Edit → Sync Status.
    3. Follow the import steps above to reconnect your listing.
    If the issue persists, submit a support ticket for further assistance.
