How to connect PriceLabs to YnnovBooking

How to Integrate PriceLabs with Ynnov

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Ynnov for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your Ynnov Account

  1. Log in to your Ynnov account.
  2. Navigate to User Menu → Channel Manager and set up your rates, minimum stay, and availability.
  3. Navigate to User Menu → Marketplace → RMS
  4. [Optional] If you have more than one property, select the desired property in the Property field in the top right corner of the screen
  5. Select PriceLabs and click Add connection
  6. Click the Generate button, and copy the code that will appear in the Access Key field

Step 2: Connecting Ynnov to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Ynnov from the dropdown.
  4. Enter your Ynnov Access Key on the Access Key field and click Connect



  5. Once connected, your Ynnov listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Complete Setup in Ynnov

  1. Log in to your Ynnov account
  2. Navigate to User Menu → Marketplace → RMS
  3. Under the Ynnov Mapping → PriceLabs section, identify the first property you wish to sync with PriceLabs
    1. Click on the field next to the accommodation name and choose the rate plan that should be updated by PriceLabs
    2. Click Check for all properties you want to map with PriceLabs, then click Save
      Warning
      If an exclamation mark and a Check button appear next to an accommodation, see troubleshooting steps for Listings Not Syncing below.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Ynnov account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates and minimum stay requirements will appear on your Ynnov Channel Manager calendar as shown below:



    2. Your rates will also appear on the Prices Map as shown below

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Listing Not Syncing

  1. Log in to your Ynnov account
  2. Navigate to User Menu → Marketplace → RMS
  3. Under the Ynnov Mapping → PriceLabs section, check for any listing with an exclamation mark and a Check button
  4. Navigate to Accommodations, locate the unit that needs updating, and click on it
  5. Enter or correct the following information:

    1. Latitude and longitude – Manually enter the data or use the map to find the exact location, click on the location, and then select Close.
    2. Location – Ensure the full address is provided.
    3. Type of accommodation – In Typology, select the appropriate accommodation type.
    4. Total capacity – Enter the maximum number of guests the unit can accommodate.

  6. Click Record to save the changes.
  7. Once completed, return to the Ynnov Mapping → PriceLabs section, and you should now be able to update the missing units.

PriceLabs Prices Not Showing in Ynnov

PriceLabs cannot update the calendar information on Ynnov unless you've set up prices, availability, and minimum stay in the Channel Manager tab. To ensure your accommodations stay up to date:
  1. Log in to your Ynnov account.
  2. Navigate to User Menu → Channel Manager and set up your rates, minimum stay, and availability.
