How to Integrate PriceLabs with YnnovBooking
While actively syncing PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in and -out restrictions to YnnovBooking listings for dates up to 540 days from today for single- and mulit-unit listings (for more on extending your pricing calendar see our article here).
Step 1. To import your listings, first log on to your YnnovBooking account. Click your name in the top right corner of your dashboard, select "Customizations", and then choose PriceLabs under "Integrations" and click to generate your access key.
Once the key has been generated, you can remove any listings that should not have pricing from PriceLabs and copy your Access key from YonnovBooking.
Step 2. Come back to PriceLabs, click the "Add/Reconnect listings" button and select YnnovBooking from the drop down, paste your Access key into the space provided and click "Connect". Then you'll see your YnnovBooking listings on your PriceLabs dashboard!
Take some time to go through our Getting Started guide, or join one of our live onboarding training sessions during office hours for a good overview of the system and all of the available customizations. When you're ready you can toggle on sync for your listings, you can click the Sync Now! button to push rates immediately to YnnovBooking, or wait for our regular nightly sync. After a successful sync you will see your rates and minimum stay requirements on your YnnovBooking Channel Manager calendar.
You'll be able to see rates for all of your connected listings on the Prices Map, but min-stays will not appear there.
