How to Integrate PriceLabs with Virtual Resort Manager

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in restrictions to Virtual Resort Manager for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your Virtual Resort Manager Account

Log in to your Virtual Resort Manager account.
Set up initial pricing in VRM for all listings you wish to import to PriceLabs
Navigate to Channel Management → Vacation Bridge → PriceLabs → Assign Properties
Select the properties you wish to import, then click Add

Note: Inactive properties will not appear on this list.
On the Main Menu, locate and copy your VRM Client Code

Step 2: Connecting Virtual Resort Manager to PriceLabs

Log into PriceLabs.
Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Virtual Resort Manager from the dropdown.
Enter your VRM Client Code then click Connect
Once connected, your Virtual Resort Manager listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.

A base price and minimum stay requirement must be configured in PriceLabs. If these are not set, the sync will fail.

Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
Check your Virtual Resort Manager account to verify updates

To view your PriceLabs rates, navigate to VRM's Rate Module → Rate Group → Rates as shown below
To view minimum stay requirements, navigate to Manage Properties Manage Attributes then select the "Min Days/Turn Days" tab.
